This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for purchases made on cardionovaplus.com. By placing an order, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1. General Information
CardioNova Health SRL sells Cardio Nova, a dietary supplement in capsule form, designed to support normal heart and cardiovascular function. As a food supplement, Cardio Nova is subject to specific hygiene and safety regulations. For this reason, returned products must meet strict conditions to be accepted.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling‑Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, you may have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel (for example, by email). Please include your name, order number, and contact details so we can locate your order.
3. Conditions for Returns
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we can only accept returns of products that meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, with the original seal and packaging intact.
- The product has not been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- The return request is made within the applicable return period (see Sections 2 and 4).
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice) is provided.
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles, partially used products, or products that appear tampered with, unless they are defective or were damaged during delivery.
4. Return Periods
- Change of mind / right of withdrawal: within 14 days from the date of delivery (where applicable by law).
- Damaged or incorrect items: please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and assist you promptly.
5. Non‑Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:
- Opened, used, or unsealed bottles (except in case of quality issues confirmed by us).
- Products returned after the applicable return period.
- Products not purchased directly from cardionovaplus.com (for these, please contact the original seller).
- Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse after delivery.
6. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: send an email to our support team with your name, order number, description of the issue, and if applicable, clear photos of the product and packaging (especially in case of damage or incorrect item).
- Wait for authorization: we will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any reference number needed.
- Prepare the package: pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all materials and documentation, and clearly indicate any return reference we have provided.
- Ship the product: send the parcel using a trackable shipping method. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Our error or defective item: if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will generally cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution (such as a replacement without requiring a return), at our discretion.
- Change of mind / right of withdrawal: if you return a product simply because you no longer want it, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
8. Inspection and Approval of Returns
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the conditions described in this policy. We will then notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement as described in Section 9. If the return is rejected, we may send the product back to you at your expense or dispose of it, depending on the situation and applicable law.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative.
- Refund amount: unless otherwise required by law, we will refund the price you paid for the product, minus any discounts or vouchers used. Original shipping costs may be refunded only where required by law (for example, in some cases of withdrawal within 14 days in the EU).
- Timing: after approval of your return, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that results from using dietary supplements like Cardio Nova can vary between individuals. Dissatisfaction with subjective results, in the absence of a defect or error on our part, does not normally qualify as a reason for a refund beyond the conditions set out in this policy.
10. Exchanges and Replacements
In cases where a product is confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer one of the following solutions, at our discretion and in line with applicable law:
- Sending you a replacement product at no additional cost, or
- Issuing a full or partial refund.
Exchanges for reasons other than damage, defect, or our error (for example, if you ordered the wrong quantity) may be possible but are not guaranteed and may involve additional costs, including shipping.
11. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible once the order has entered processing or shipping.
If cancellation is not possible because the order has already been shipped, you may be able to return the product once it is delivered, under the conditions described in this policy and applicable law.
